Music has long been a powerful tool for social change. If you understand the power of music, you know that it is the single most effect way to reach past mental defenses and implant ideas, concepts and attitudes. Serious musicians realize this power and handle it responsibly. As a longtime writer, songwriter, musician I am deeply disturbed that our youth have been and continue to be damaged mentally and socially by irresponsible music. For that reason I include here musicians and artists who represent how wonderful positive music is. Enjoy!

Bahian Gal Costa was a protege of Brazilian SuperStar Gilberto Gil, who-after a 40 year career as a legend of brazilian music is now The Minister Of Culture for the nation of Brazil. I had to include this selection. Even if you don;t understand Brazilian Portuguese this song is obviously a love song. What can I say about Sun Ra? Don't let him fool you! Don't try to engage this cat with your typical mental paradigm. Just chill and let it take you where you need to be.
