What most would you like to see The Virtual Nation Of African Americans Accomplish
I am interested in a site where we can educate each other. I am tired of sites where the major interest is socializing at its worst. Lets see if we can build each other up. a true community where information and support is our theme. Where we do more than talk about "it." One of the things I have been looking for is a website for artist who's work is not limiting to only black themes, but who's work as an artist can be compared favorably with any other artist whoever they may be. Be it poetry, or visuals, or inventions, architecture, music, theatre arts etc. Let's get serious and have fun too.

My own interests and qualifications are: Visual Artist; Poet, Writer, (2 published books, "Whatever It Takes" and "These Are Our Stories", an an Inventor, (a thumbtack Remover, (Patent Pending.)

When you get a chance, select a piece from your works and add the image by selecting edit groups info on the group you started.

Hi Paul! Exciting news! You want a gallery? You Got It! I am pleased to tell you that The Virtual Nation Of African Americans Gallery Of Art Is Now Online. I would love for you help me administer this site. I am outfitting it with the ability for artists to show and sell their work online using PayPal. Your thoughts and suggestions?

The way you get the photos in your reply is to click the picture icon while you have the text box open. It will upload the image to this window with easily identifiable coding. When it has finished uploading and you want to add another, simply make a space between the code for the last and the next, like this:

Do this until you have all you want to display in the box. Be careful with digital images to optimize them for the web with Photoshop. If you don't have Photoshop but want to add large sized files send them to me email and I will optimize them for you and send them back.

I have included your wonderful photos on the index page for now. They should be here on your page in a slide show. You can add a slide-show to this page by going into your page management link, select features and add photos option. Then upload your photos to this page. You may also add widgets like those on the index page, Anytime you have a question or concern, please feel free to email me.

Welcome Paul. I am excited to have you as a member of the Virtual Nation Of African Americans. Your comments are astute and your art is awesome. I will do whatever I can to promote the African American Artists Group. Please! Invite your friends. Alumni from school. Church members. Business associates. You are right on track about our mission. There is more, though! We intend to create the first nation ever in cyberspace. More to come as we develop more tools, resources and content.
